Naomi Tomoda is the founder of Mami’s Crunch. For over 15 years, she ran a cozy, multi-cultural home-cooked restaurant and cafe in Japan, where she loved creating delicious meals with fresh, organic ingredients. In 2005, Naomi deepened her passion for food by earning a degree in nutrition consulting from Bauman College. It was there that she learned about making healthier food choices and discovered the amazing benefits of gluten-free products. Today, Naomi remains inspired by the power of good food to nourish and energize, and she’s excited to share that passion through Mami’s Crunch.
